We have designed multi-region active-active architectures for the Dutch National Lottery system, built self-healing Kubernetes clusters for SaaS platforms, and migrated on-premises workloads to AWS for organizations that needed to move without downtime. Our infrastructure work at Schuberg Philis — where 100% uptime was the contractual standard — shaped how we think about resilience: auto-scaling groups, health checks, automated failover, and immutable deployments are the baseline, not the stretch goal.
Security is built into every layer. Network segmentation, least-privilege IAM policies, encryption at rest and in transit, and automated compliance scanning are part of the initial architecture, not bolted on later. The infrastructure we hand over is designed to be understood and operated by your team, with clear documentation and runbooks.
